Why use Books 4 Teachers?
Hi all Bookworms, teachers and others,
I really believe in the power of educators to make a better world!
This can be through all kinds of avenues: in the classroom/schools, projects, classroom collaboration, activism, unions, blogs and just doing their job in quiet dedication. BUT teachers can also make a difference if we group together and this is what I want to do here.
We have thousands of teachers using these networks. Why not band together and get discounts on the massive amounts of books we purchase annually? Leave a note below if you'd like add your own network as part of our Books4teachers group.
Each community would add their own recommendations.
Each community would get a personalized Amazon Astore for ordering books.
Each community would get the benefits of lists already recommended from thousands of teachers!
Each community would get $$$ in commissions to help support the costs of their network.

Using a Teacher Dedicated bookstore, a bookstore run and managed by teachers offers many amazing benefits.
*** 1. The power of numbers. The higher our level of purchases, the bigger the savings will become.
*** 2. Selection. It is soooooo hard to find the right book. If we band together and we have a number of people adding recommended books in different categories, we can have our own quick library of REALLY GOOD books recommended by teachers -- not those whose interest is just to sell.
*** 3. Convenience (as noted above) plus online shopping is safe, reliable and quick.
*** 4. Discussion. Networks can discuss books and reference quickly in the bookstore. It gets networks active -- book talk is great! It is the highest level of mental sparking!
*** 5. $$$$ If teachers start using the bookstore and purchases are high enough, we get commissions and this will be fed back to each network AND individual purchases. A great win - win.
